Xbox 360 newb

Ok so I broke the pc gamer code and bought an xbox 360. Before you jump down my throat about how much of a sellout I am, I had good reason for it. I have long since wanted to network and integrate my tv, gaming, music, and movies into a single solution. I believe the xbox is that answer. It allows me to use it as a media extender for Windows Media Center. I have to say this is pretty darn cool. Now I don't use media center to watch TV, but I love having the ability to get to all my music, pictures, and other related content on my pc. Idealy I would want to put all my dvds on pc, however this is a big task that will require probably terabytes of space. Its however, on my list of to-do's. Also, it gives me a completely different avenue for gaming now as well. I suck ass with a controler, but I here it just takes some getting used to. Hell next I may even try a real mouse for the pc! Logitech marble mouse RULZ!! So anyway, do any of you have Microft Live gamer id's. I can add you to my friends. Mine is SoCGHOST.

look into freenas.org .... runs on some really old Hardware and is supper fast with a decent size of memory in the box.

I just got a Patriot Valkyrie NAS that I reviewed and plan on dumping all my photos and movies onto it so that it can be accessed from any PC on my network. On top of that I can set up FTP and access the files anywhere
